You Gotta Get Up To Get Down

 With espresso martinis being all the rage in recent years, a coffee cocktail is a must! This delicious vodka-based drink has a melodic blend of cold brew and sweet cream and is perfect to pair with late night holiday treats. This cocktail is easy to make with only four simple ingredients! Try it out at your next holiday party to really wow your guests!

 

You Gotta Get Up To Get Down:

1.5 oz vodka

0.75 oz Varnelli Caffe Moka (or any espresso liquer)

0.75 oz cold brew

0.5 oz sweet cream

Steps: 

 

  1. Add the vodka, Varnelli, sweet cream, and cold brew into a shaker tin.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
  3. Strain into a coupe and garnish with coffee beans or festive chocolate.

Northern Exposure

The Northern Exposure is a spirit-forward cocktail that is great for after diner sips. The dynamic pairing of maple syrup with Fernet creates a smooth sipping experience. This cocktail is perfect for someone who prefers a bit of a stronger (but still perfectly balanced) drink! Try it out and let us know what you think.

Northern Exposure:

2 oz Rittenhouse Rye

0.50 oz maple syrup

0.50 oz Fernet Branca

2 Dashes of Angostura bitters

2 Dashes of orange bitters

Steps:

1. Add the rye, Fernet, maple syrup and bitters into a rocks glass.
2. Fill the glass with ice and stir well until chilled.
3. Garnish with expressed orange peel and sprig of rosemary.

Berry Christmas

Everybody loves a good margarita in the summer, but we love them year-round. The Berry Christmas is our holiday spin on the classic margarita. Even non-tequila drinkers love this drink. The fresh blackberry syrup really shines and the cinnamon is a perfect finishing touch. This drink is a must-try for the holiday season!

Berry Christmas

1.5 oz tequila

0.75 oz lime juice

0.5 oz blackberry syrup

0.25 oz triple sec

Dash of cinnamon

Steps:
1. Add the tequila, lime juice, blackberry syrup, and triple sec into a shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
3. Garnish with cinnamon.

Winter Old Fashioned

 Every good holiday party needs a classic cocktail. This is our take on a winterized version of the Old Fashioned. With just a touch of spice to warm you up on the winter nights, the brandy in this cocktail adds a complex layer you won’t find in most Old Fashions. This drink is sure to impress at your next holiday gathering.

 

Winter Old Fashioned:

1 oz bourbon

1 oz Applejack Brandy

0.5 oz simple syrup

2 Dashes of Angostura bitters

 

Steps:

  1. Add the bourbon, brandy, syrup, and bitters into a rocks glass.
  2. Fill the glass with ice and stir well until chilled.
  3. Garnish with orange peel.
